Use of Application:

SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App are designed for business reporting only. SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App, help you to share your Business Report to your Client. Through SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App, you can share your Sales Invoice, Receipt, Payment and Cargo Stock Report, to your Client. Anyone who want to share Business Report such as Sales Invoice, Receipt, Payment and Cargo Stock to their Client, can use SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App.

When you open the app, we do not collect any information which you store in SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App.

Retention of Data:

SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App work as client server base application. You need your own online Server to store data. On your Server, you need to setup Web Services. This Web Service URL you need to share with your Client, your Client, store Web Service URL in App, so that App can connect to your online Server. Through SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App you and your client can access data from your server only.

If you need any help to setup Web Services on your Server, we surely help you to setup Web Services on your Server. For this we may need your Server information.

If you stop using the app and uninstall on a device, all information you stored in SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT will remain on your Server. We do not store any backup of SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT database.

Data Security:

Data you share through SPIDERNET CLIENT REPORT App to your Client, such as your customer and supplier names and products details are stored in your online Server. We are not responsible to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.

Third Parties:

We will never store and never pass on your details to anyone else without your permission. In addition, we have not been required by any court order to reveal any user.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

SpiderNet Softwares reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changed or modified version of the Privacy Policy on the Site. Any such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the Last Revised date below
